Style
- Naming conventions
- The naming conventions should follow the supported domain vocabulary in order to make extraction of knowledge easier. If a concept name is not defined, it should be proposed to add it to the vocabulary.
- Naming categories
- The names of categories should be selected from the doctrine knowledge, and it should be extended with category names from reference knowledge. For instance FM 3-24 defines the requirements of successful COIN operations. The first requirement is the establishment of host nation government legitimacy. The concept of legitimacy is defined by its well defined meaning in the social science literature. Since changing category names loses edit history, it should be done with care. When no appropriate category form exists, create a category with a name similar to the main article about the same topic.
- Neutral point of view
- Everything that our readers can see, including templates, categories and portals, should be written from a Neutral Point of View.
